Otis started life at the sharp end, carrying a bag and later managing a product so he has intimate knowledge of your world with all its quirks, restrictions and conventions. 20 years later and after heading up FCB Health London (previously ICC Health) for 12 years, Otis is now a vastly experienced communications professional who successfully managed his previous agency’s transition to the current multimedia world.

His deep thinking, avid reading and keen watching of human behaviour has led to five books – the most recent of which, Skip ad in Five, is a radical approach to brand positioning and strategy, based on the behavioural economics of customer brand choice.
